Can families outside India enquire?

Yes. Families worldwide are welcome to ask about a plan. International payment availability will be confirmed when subscriptions launch.

What does the personalised story allowance mean?

The planned allowance covers newly created personalised stories. Explore includes one trial story total; Grow and Family allowances are monthly, with Family stories shared across child profiles. Reset dates, rollover, and failed-generation handling will be confirmed before purchase.

Will I be charged if I enquire?

No. The enquiry buttons open your email app. They do not create a subscription or take payment. Final billing, tax, renewal, cancellation, and access terms will be available before subscriptions launch.

What will my child actually do?

Explore a story, pause to think about what happens next, notice how a character feels, put events in order, and share an idea. Activities vary by story.

How do I choose an age-appropriate story?

Create a learner profile in the app. Story availability is matched to the learner’s age, using the age range set for each story.

Will I be able to see their progress?

The parent view brings together observations from completed activities. You can explore the stories and responses behind those observations. These are learning insights, not a diagnosis or a standardised assessment.

Does my child need their own account?

No. Parents sign in and manage learner profiles. Children open their adventures through the parent’s account.

Does Aspogents guarantee a particular result?

No. Aspogents offers opportunities to practise human skills through stories. Each child’s experience is different; improvement is not guaranteed.
